  15. in a software compilation, or for a sum of money.
  16. "FPSE" cannot be used in *ANY* commercial project without a written permission

  19. The "FPSE" project includes:

  21.  - All external plugins
  22.  - The source code
  23.  - The entire documentation

  25. If you want to use "FPSE", the following terms and conditions of use must be

  28. TERMS OF USE

  30. "FPSE" is a Software emulation of Sony's Playstation Console. 
  31. This software is by no means meant to replace the Hardware developed by Sony
  32. Corporation.

  34. This software is distributed "AS IS" and the authors decline all responsibility
  35. for all damages (hardware, software and economic) derived by the use of this
  36. software.

  38. FPSE wants to be an open-source and a fully portable project, so the ENTIRE
  39. source code is released.
  40. You CANNOT distribute modified versions of source code and executables
  41. without the permission of the authors.
  42. You CANNOT create modified versions of this software for making damages or
  43. for playing PIRATED Playstation cdroms.

  45. If you want to use "FPSE" with an original "BIOS" image, you must own a real
  46. Playstation, thus having legal right to use his internal software.
  47. The authors decline all responsibility if a cracked version of "BIOS" is used.

  49. FPSE must be used only with ORIGINAL Playstation CDROMS.
  50. The use of "pirated" CDROMS is strictly prohibited. 
  51. The use of an "imaged" CDROM is allowed if legal (maked from an ORIGINAL and
  52. OWNED cdrom for personal use only) or free.
  53. The authors will not be answerable to any legal claim make by Software vendors
  54. against an "FPSE" user.

  56. "FPSE" is an emulator, so not all demos, games and applications can run.
  57. The authors decline all responsibility if something runs wrong and for any
  58. improper working performance.

  60. "FPSE" in his original form is virus free.
  61. The authors decline all responsibility if you have used infected versions
  62. downloaded from other sites.
